Changes and rescheduling
Customers may request a change to their tour date, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply depending on the service provider.
Cancellation by Aluli Tours
If Aluli Tours must cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an alternative date or refund any amount recoverable from our service providers.
Important conditions
Some hotels, transport services, park fees, flights and special activities may be non-refundable or subject to different cancellation conditions. Any such conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
Aluli Tours reserves the right to apply supplier-specific cancellation conditions where applicable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or emergencies.
Refund processing time: Approved refunds normally take five to seven days to reach your account.
